Housing located at the south entrance of the village of Laguardia, 200 meters from the panoramic elevator that will take you to the center of town. Ample free parking space, get to the center of town using the elevator, thus avoiding the problems of space for your vehicle. Large terrace area to enjoy Rioja wines with views of the vineyards, the Sierra de la Demanda and Mount San Lorenzo to the south and to the north Sierra Cantabria and the Leon Dormido.
My name is Alberto and I am from Logroño, I came to Laguardia for work and decided to stay. I really like walking long walks and helping my friends in projects. I studied Tourism and I think that offering the apartment as accommodation is a great opportunity to have my small business. I also like to meet people from other places and this is a great way.
Area with three urbanizations and some villas on the road to Logroño. near the Ertzaintza barracks, the gas station and the hotel Villa de Laguardia. The urbanization has numerous parking spaces around it, to reach the walled area of the village you can use the panoramic elevator that is 200 meters away, it is the best option considering the scarcity of parking in the village.
