In the municipality of Tazacorte, one of the areas with the most hours of sunshine in Europe and with views of the Atlantic Ocean and our 'Sea of Bananas' you will find this spacious and bright penthouse with a large terrace of 70m2 and with capacity for up to 4 people. It has a direct access from the garage so that once in the lift you can access directly to the flat with total privacy. On entering we find the cosy living room with air conditioning, sofa, TV with satellite and dining table and the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge, a cooker, a toaster, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, glasses and crockery. To the left of the living room are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as the dressing room and the two bathrooms. The dressing room has its own bathroom and has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk for your computer, making it ideal for homeoffice. Finally, with direct access from the living room, there is a large terrace equipped with two sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue and a table. You will undoubtedly enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and spectacular sunsets.

Tazacorte is located on the northwest coast of La Palma. Its original centre, the Charco district, has a heritage site of great historical and artistic value, as can be seen in its ancestral homes dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. The beaches of Tazacorte, a total of 5, are appreciated throughout La Palma and are visited from all corners of the island to enjoy a day in the sun. The closest to the accommodation is Playa Nueva. It is located at the foot of a cliff and its occupancy rate is low, this may be due to the fact that its access is not well signposted and it is isolated. This is why most people go to the Playa del Puerto, which is better equipped, has a promenade, parking and has several services as well as bars and restaurants. Tazacorte is home to the first church built on La Palma, dedicated to San Miguel Arcángel. Located in the Plaza España, it was built in 1513, and later reformed in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. This was the first chapel built on the island, as its origin as a chapel dates back to 1492, when Alonso Fernández de Lugo conquered La Palma.
