'Kruna by the Sea' studio suite is housed in one of the original Jugend-style buildings in Helsinki, dated back to late 1800's. The apartment itself is contemporary in design and has views towards the sea and trendy Kallio neighborhood. Located in the central district of Kruununhaka, 'Kruna by the Sea' is a perfect base to explore the city of design and architecture. Intriguing quarters with lively dining and drinking venues are all at your doorstep. Scandinavian fresh design infuses the comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchenette. Comfy king size bed and crispy white linen are featured in the sleeping area. As a standard, one king size bed is prepared for bookings of 1-2 people. Additional queen size extra bed is available for a fee on a shallow loft. Studio highlights: - Views facing the sea and trendy Kallio district - High-speed wireless internet access - 55" flat-screen smart TV - Small kitchenette with basic equipment Few important notes: - Your apartment and whole house is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outside. - The loft with extra bed is accessible by stairs without railing. Kids usually love it, but they are on parents' responsibility. Not suitable for very small children or people with disabilities. - It's an 1800's building with no elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor. It's a good exercise but again not suitable for people with disabilities. Getting into the property The property does not have reception or staff on duty. You will pick up keys from a kiosk (5min walk from the apartment) between 16:00-21:00. Key pick-up point: R-Kioski Liisankatu (Liisankatu 23). Please note the kiosk closes at 21:00. Late arrival fee 50EUR applies for arrivals outside check-in time (21:00-23.59) and will be charged prior to arrival. Alternative key pick up point is located at Helsinki Central Station.
