We welcome you to a brand-new Scandinavian style 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace, suitable for 2-4 adults. Feel warm and cozy inside and the Arctic climate outside, in the heart of Rovaniemi. Decorated in a tasteful and modern style you can experience a true Lappish city accommodation in the center of Rovaniemi. The open kitchen holds everything for daily use and basic cooking equipment. A dining table with four chairs is in the kitchen area. A cozy and warm living room area consists of an easy-made sofa bed for two, small table, armchair and a flat screen TV. You will find warm blankets waiting for you on the sofa for extra comfort. Two white glass sliding doors will reveal the relaxing bedroom and its queen size bed for two. Pillows, blankets and bed linen are provided for both bed and sofa bed. Spotless bathroom with heated floor. The central location makes our place the best spot for you. It guarantees an easy access to all important activities all year round. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, supermarkets, cultural sights and safari agencies are all just a walk away. The apartment is located at the north-east corner of the city center in a quiet neighbourhood. It's an ideal spot for staying in Rovaniemi with all the services within a walking distance. There are both a free parking (2h intervals) and paid parking close to the apartment. Closest restaurants, shops and cafes are around the corner. There is a 24h grocery store 5 minutes from the apartment. The breathtaking Kemijoki is only a couple minutes’ walk away as well as the famous Lumberjacks statue and bridge. The culture- and science centers: Korundi, Arktikum and Pilke are close by. Fun on ice Rovaniemi and the Angry birds park are down the road. Significantly increase your chances of seeing the northern lights and other winter activities by visiting the nearby safari agencies and nature. On top of the central location, you will be staying close to the shore of two big rivers. By crossing the Lumberjack’s candle bridge, you will reach the entry to the Ounasvaara winter trail. By car, you will quickly arrive to the Ounasvaara Ski resort and the Arctic wellbeing center Santa Sport. Rovaniemi is the official hometown of Santa Claus in Lapland.
