The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the building (access by lift or stairs) in a peaceful area, with access to the free parking spot. Fully equipped. With a kitchen and bathroom. It is a private space, to which only you will have access. - SLEEPING & RESTING king bed (160cm x 200cm) for 2 persons and comfortable sofa for sleeping for 2 persons .Sheets, warm blankets, comfortable pillows. We will also provide you with double comfortable air/floor mattress for sleeping for 2 persons and. In total can sleep 6 persons. - COOKING & EATING coffee table, dining table for two, closets, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee, tea, basic spices, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich-maker, oven, stove, fridge with freezer. Also will provide you with Finnish traditional warming Christmas drink - glögi :) - BATHROOM shower, hygienic articles, hair-dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel, toilet paper - CLEANING cleaning articles, iron, ironing board

The apartment is located in very calm and extremely safe area. Close by the nature (forest from view form the window) and like just behind the corner. Very easy walk straight forward to the university, railway station and centrum. In front of the building nice brand new playground for kids build in August 2022.
