Conveniently located cozy guesthouse close to E4 motorway and all services of Ideaparkki shopping mall. The apartment accommodates max 4 persons and has possibility for electric car charging.
Ex tech entrepreneur currently spending his time as a short term rental host.
Aaltokangas is quiet and green residential area near to E4 motorway and Ideaparkki shopping mall. Location is not close to the city center (10km), but close to University of Oulu and Technopolis technology park. There are two bus lines stopping 400m from the apartment. Area is best accessed by car and it is close to the main traffic routes (E4 motorway). There is free parking on the premise and possibility for electric car charging for additional fee.
