Our place is located on the shore of a clean and calm lake Marsjön, only an hour's drive from Helsinki, near the Raasepori ironworks villages. You can come to us to calm down from the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoy nature and sauna. Nearby is e.g. Fagervik manor (5 km) and within half an hour's radius e.g. Fiskars, Billnäs, Mustio / Svartå, Raseborg Castle and Tammisaari / Ekenäs. It is only a few kilometers from us to the old King´s Road. We offer accommodation in a spacious bell tent, which is located right by the lake in its own space between the trees. Our home is approx. 100 m away, our sauna cabin a little closer. In addition to the tent, you can also use a floating sauna (3 h / day) and a small cabin. Use of the canoe and rowing boat is also included in the price of the stay. Accommodation includes: - accommodation for two people in a furnished so-called in a luxury tent with a decent double bed, high-quality linen and warm blankets - towels and necessities - hot water bottles for the beds for cool nights - drinking water - breakfast basket available for an additional fee (to be ordered 24 hours before) - extra bed available in the tent for a small child (travel cot or mattress) - battery lighting and lanterns - gas heater available if necessary for cool summer nights - outdoor toilet available near the tent - floating sauna with traditional wood-heated sauna, clean lake water as washing water, organic shampoo and shower gel, battery-powered shower and swimming stairs - own barbecue area with firewood - free use of our child-friendly shallow beach - in addition, access to a small courtyard cottage (approx. 100 m from the tent) with spacious terrace. I'm Katjusa, a middle-aged mother of two wonderful adult daughters. I love to travel and offer experiences to others. I am an experienced tourism professional, professional teacher and local guide. I live in a tiny homestead in the countryside of Raseborg, on the shore of the unique and clean Marsjön lake, with my common-law partner. Our little dog, parson russell, also belongs to our family. Fagerkulla Glamping is located near the Raseborg ironworks villages, on the shore of the clean Marsjön lake, in the peace of nature, but with good transport connections. It's only an hour from us to Helsinki! The nearest bus stop is approx. 1.5 km away. Nearby are e.g. Fagervik (5 km), Inkoo / Ingå and Karjaa / Karis 15 min, and many attractions within half an hour's drive, e.g. Fiskars, Billnäs, Mustio / Svartå, Raseborg Castle and Tammisaari / Ekenäs.
