Before booking, please note that this is a self-service apartment!!! (More info at the bottom) In this apartment city life and old wooden house charm unites: the studio is located within a walking distance from the city centre and the bus&railway station. The house is 118 years old and the 32 m2 (345 sq. ft.) studio has: - a private entrance with a tiny porch - an equipped kitchen - a working space ...and for relaxing... - a sofa - cable-TV Please note that the bathroom is small, thus best suited for smaller persons. Welcome to stay among locals! The self-service concept: - the guest check in with a code (to get the key, located in a key box on the right of the door) - make their own bed upon arrival and upon check-out - washes and hangs out to dry the used sheets and towels - as well as cleans the entire apartment for the next guest! Detergents are found at the house as well as dish-washing liquid, which can be used as an all-purpose detergent. Thanks to the self-service concept, the apartment can be rented to a significantly lower cost, as there is no cleaning company involved. Truly appreciate your best effort, for the best experience of all!

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is communitarian, meaning that on warm nights neighbours gather on the yard enjoying the short Finnish summer. Friendly people. The neighbour next door is a chain smoker, but this should not affect you, unless you are a smoker too, you will probably meet him outside. The studio is located within a 10 minute walk (if you travel light : ) from the bus- and railway station.
