The company consists of six unique accommodations: Wikkelä Villa (Ranua) Hommala Cottage (Ranua) Haistila (Ranua) Luxury Apartment / Rovakatu (Rovaniemi) Koivutie Apartment (Ranua) Keskustie Polar Apartment (Ranua) The buildings represent different eras: for example, Haistila was originally built in the 1960s and fully renovated in 2019, while Hommala is a modern villa built in the early 2010s. Arctic Dreams House has also been recognized for its commitment to sustainable tourism. The company has been awarded the internationally respected Biosphere certification as well as the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label by Visit Finland.
