Villa Narikka is located in the center of Kittilä Town – a peaceful, residential area with excellent services. Despite the central location, the neighbourhood is quiet and mainly inhabited by locals. The house is just 100 meters from Finland’s best K-Supermarket – the winner of the national K-chain’s annual quality and service competition – as well as a pharmacy and Alko, a Finnish shop specializing in quality wines and spirits. The local bus station is 300 meters away and offers hourly connections to Levi Ski Resort (mostly from 9 AM to 6 PM). Right behind the house begins a beautiful outdoor trail that follows the scenic banks of the Ounasjoki River – perfect for walking, jogging, or enjoying nature throughout the seasons. Levi (14 km), Ylläs (35 km), and Pallas (60 km) are all within easy driving distance, making Villa Narikka an excellent base for exploring Finnish Lapland year-round.
