In winter, snowmobile trails run 700m away and there is also a place for a snowmobile cart. There is also a parking place for the ski lifts, 1 km away. After a day of outdoor activities you can relax in the sauna and cool off on the glazed terrace. High-speed internet connection also allows for smooth remote working. Best suited for two couples or a family. Villa Karhunpesä wants to be responsible in the best possible way. Waste recycling, for example, is possible on a very large scale. Energy solutions have been thought of in a responsible way ( remote controlled heating when the Villa is empty ). We use environmentally friendly approaches to cleaning and use only local contractors for all our services.

If you can travel between Lapland's most traditional seasons, you can enjoy your own space and leisure on the ski slopes, ski runs and hiking trails, in restaurants and accommodation.
