Think cozy modern executive home in the tropics. You will enjoy this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment as it is newly built, well kept, clean and comes with all the very best appliances, and high quality hotel grade beddings, towels and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you the convenience and comfort you would receive in an upmarket executive home. The leather lounges, 65 inch smart tv, bose sound bar, and complementary wifi makes for a comfortable and entertaining living area. The master bedroom comes with a Queen or King size bed, and fitted with a flat-screen smart tv and bose sound bar. All rooms have air conditioning. Your apartment also comes with a washer and electric dryer. There is an outdoor pool with shaded and sun kissed decking space - shared with 2 other apartments. A gym and decking lounges is soon to come. The property is fully fenced with an electronic gate, and allows for 24 hour self check-in.
I was born and raised in Fiji, but went to school in Australia for 7 years. My family owns and operates one of Fiji's premium boutique properties, and this experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in understanding how to deliver an exceptional home living experience. One that I would enjoy myself, when I am in Nadi. When available, I stay at this apartment. I enjoy the convenience of the location, and how easy it is to get to the Airport, my favorite supermarket New World at Votualevu roundabout, backroad access to Nadi town, quick access to shopping districts of Martintar, Namaka and Denarau.
This is a quite and peaceful neighborhood. The area is lined by larger homes, apartment buildings, and some office buildings occupied by mostly expatriates and your local entrepreneurs, executives, and businessmen. Walking distance to one of Nadi's prominent shopping districts. You will love the location, it is less than 10 minutes from the Airport. Situated in the heart of Martintar, this property is walking distance to shops, supermarket, restaurants, spas, movie theater, dvd shops, nightclubs and cafes. You can access Denarau within 15 minutes, and Wailoaloa within 8 mins.
