The ground floor features a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, a modern kitchen, a large living area with luxury sofas, a 65-inch TV, and a stylish dining space. Guests can relax outdoors under the pergola, complete with a BBQ and an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza oven. A separate laundry area is available for your convenience, and you will also have access to a shared gym.
