Au sein de La Cense de la Vigne, un corps de ferme rénové, en pleine nature, entouré d'eau, cet appartement a été refait à neuf en 2025. Situé au hameau de La Vigne de Wambrechies et aux portes de Bondues (on y aperçoit le Golf), de Linselles et Quesnoy sur Deûle, le site est un un vrai coin de paradis à 20 min de Lille.
