My 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located in Cannes Center, next to Rue d'Antibes, within short walking distance to Palais des Festivals and La Croisette. The flat sleeps 5 people in 2 large bedrooms. It offers a south facing living room with equipped kitchen. First bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (can be configured as 1 double bed and 2 single bed). There is a bathroom and a toilet. The flat is fully equipped and air conditioned. It is on 2nd floor walk up. The flat is fully equipped: In the kitchen you can find all the facilities like Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. The washing machine is in the bathroom. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, an armchair and bedside tables. In the living room there is TV, wifi, leather sofa, dining table with 6 chairs. There is air-conditioning in all the room, ironing facilities, mops, hoover etc. The windows have double glazing.

The flat is located in the centre of Cannes. It is 4 minutes walking distance from the train station and 2 mins from la rue d'Antibes. The Palais de Festivales is 7 mins walking distance. La Croisette and the beaches are less than 5 mins walking distance. There is fresh fruits and vegetables market on marche Gambetta just behind the flat. The building has a digicode (interphone) to enter and a box with the keys next to the flat door. The closest local food store is in front of the flat.
