Please book before coming to my place as other people may book before you. Come and enjoy an exclusive, comfortable house with trees 10 minutes from Besançon. The house is lively, spacious, bright and welcoming. You are 5 minutes by car from all shops and supermarkets. The region offers you a multitude of activities, exceptional visits and cultural enrichments. (dinozoo park for children, the citadel and its zoo; the museum of time ..) I have many leaflets on what to visit in the area.

Property information

Welcome to my single storey house in Montfaucon, 10 minutes from Besançon. You will have access to my house which has up to 4 private bedrooms for 3 to 12 people maximum, and you will of course be the only ones. (For the eleventh and twelfth people, there will be 2 comfortable mattresses on the floor, preferably for young people or teenagers) The house is located in a recent and quiet subdivision with a view of the fields and has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, oven, microwave, refrigerator) open to the dining room and living room. The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. The house has wifi and the user must respect the hadopi law. A travel cot is available on request. Parking is possible in front of my garage. Bus stop and bread depot 300m away. By booking, you accept the house rules. Parties and birthdays are not allowed under any circumstances. During the period you have booked, you are required to close the doors and windows properly when you leave, in the event of theft, you will be held responsible if the house is left open.
