Ground floor: a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas burners, microwave, completed by a storeroom with fridge, freezer and housing the washing machine, a games room, a spacious living room with TV corner, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a 33 m² veranda with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. The staircase leading upstairs serves 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 double beds) including 1 with bathroom, 1 dormitory with 3 single beds. 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. House equipped with oil heating, daily rate 10 euros applied in winter and for your comfort a wood stove in the living room with wood offered. You will enjoy the 4000 m² of unenclosed wooded land - part of it is fenced - around the house and you will be able to ask the owners about their agricultural activity.
