This bright, fully air-conditioned 3-room apartment of 68m² is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a residence facing the sea. Tastefully decorated, it features a 12m² terrace with sea view and private parking. It can accommodate 4 people. At your disposal: Wifi, AC, 1 double bed (180cm) & 2 single bunk beds (90cm), equipped kitchen, large living room, laundry room... Ideal for a romantic or family stay in the heart of Juan Les Pins, facing the sea!

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in a luxury residence in the center of Juan les Pins, facing the sea and just a few dozen meters from the legendary sandy beaches. Numerous supermarkets, boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are at the foot of the building! The casino and pine forest are also less than a minute's walk away.
