The interior space consists of: * A bedroom with a double bed and two additional beds. A travel cot is also available (without sheets or bedding). * A functional bathroom (WC, sink, shower). * An independent and equipped kitchen. Important Note: The large 25 m² terrace is not accessible (currently under renovation). Nearby: The region abounds with sites and activities: * The superb Glandieu Waterfall (5 min by car, 30 min on foot). * Walibi Park (5 min by car). * Maison d'Izieu (< 5 min by car). * Water activities: hydrospeed, water skiing, kayaking... * Murs et Gélignieux beach, Glandieu lake. * Ski resorts (La Féclaz, Le Margériaz) less than 1 hour away. * "Le Domaine des Fauves" Zoo. Practical Information: * Bicycles: They are not allowed inside the accommodation. They can be attached to our railing in the private parking area at the back and above the road. * Parking: 1 private parking space in front of the accommodation and more nearby. * Pets accepted: Pets are welcome! (Neighbors have 2 imposing dogs, secured behind their gate, who bark). * Cleaning: Not included. A cleaning option is available. If not selected, cleaning must be done by you upon departure. The key box code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. Good to Know: As the apartment is a co-ownership, you will share certain parts of the building with other residents, which may cause noise or interactions in the common areas. The comfort is simple, typical of a building with character.
