The duplex apartment consists of 3 private bedrooms, one of which is on the upper floor and rented out for several months (1 very discreet person). One bedroom on the ground floor is available with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom upstairs is available with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) + a baby cot upon request. The bathroom and the relaxation/sports area are to be shared. The two bedrooms can be rented starting from two nights. Maximum 4 adults + 1 child (3 to 5 years old) + 1 baby. The toilet and the equipped kitchen with its large table are shared.The living room is private for your family relaxation activities, rejuvenation, or sharing with friends.WARNING: Television is deliberately absent (creating an alternative). - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation but allowed on the terrace in front of it.
