Located in the center of Rouen, 600 meters from Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral and three minutes from the Rouen Rive-Droite train station on foot. Free WiFi access is available. This apartment has two pretty 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed (sheets provided from five people for the sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, oven and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can also enjoy a bathtub in the bathroom. Decorated in an industrial style and will be a real cocoon for your weekends or short stays! We can help and advise you to prepare your stay as well as possible! See you soon in our beautiful Norman capital. Ophélie and Julien.

Hyper city center, favorite district of Rouen! Located in front of the Verdrel square, pretty garden recently refurbished and pleasant for families. All local shops are at the foot of the building (supermarket, bakery, butcher). The "Gros Horloge", which is the main shopping street where you will find the biggest stores, is also in the immediate vicinity. 3min from Rouen Rive-Droite station. Ideal location for exploring the city on foot, by bike or by public transport.
