A 28 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. You also enjoy a 15m² loggia terrace with garden furniture and lounge set, overlooking the residence's garden, facing the pool, and enjoying a lovely ocean view.
