In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer). This new 56 m² apartment on the 1st floor, facing the sea, sleeps 4/6, with magnificent views of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. It consists of a 23 m² living room with a lounge, a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge and microwave). A bedroom with a sea view features a 160 cm double bed and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom has two 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet. LUXE-level amenities: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and reversible air conditioning. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. The apartment is Clévacances-certified: 3 keys. La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent. Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village. 13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California". Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
