Located on the top floor accessible by elevator, Our bright apartment of 36m² can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults maximum). The south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Pyrenean slopes and summits. Practical, functional and very recently renovated, this NON-SMOKING and Pets NOT ALLOWED apartment has all the necessary equipment to make your stay pleasant and warm. A hallway with wall cupboard leading to a bright living room with new furniture, an open kitchen, a bathroom, totally redone equipped with shower, vanity, washing machine and separate toilet. A sitting area consisting of a quality BZ sofa 140x190 for 2 people, a bunk bed 190x90, a convertible armchair 1 place 70x190 for child (10 years max) as well as an umbrella bed for baby equipped with a booster seat for newborn and changing mat. Complete the relaxation area, flat screen TV, TNT, Stereo, Playstation 3 to perfect your stay. Private ski locker at the entrance of the residence. Cushions & duvets provided with covers for all our beds, BED LINEN & TOILET NOT PROVIDED. RENTAL CONTRACT ESTABLISHED!

You can walk around the station. Hiking areas are in the immediate vicinity of the resort. The SKYVALL cable car on the PEYRESOURDES slopes takes you winter and summer on the slopes or departures of hikes. Our apartment is located in the heart of the resort of PEYRAGUDES, Les Agudes, 12 kms from BAGNERES DE LUCHON, 20 minutes from the Louron valley and only 10 kms from LOUDENVIELLE, famous for its lake and its SEASIDE center, first spa resort in the French Pyrenees. Lakes all around! such as Lake Oô, Lake Espingo, Lake Boum, Lake Néré will offer you beautiful walks. And Spain is barely 30 minutes away! You will be at the foot of the slopes in winter, in the heart of hiking and outdoor activities spaces other seasons such as cycling (Road, mountain biking, Enduro, Descent), paragliding, fishing, rafting, canyoning or even tree climbing! In winter, Restaurants at the foot of the building and throughout the resort, Snack, Supermarket with bread deposit, Ski equipment rental stores. Ski school ESF, Ticket office, Toboggan run and Ski lifts less than 100m, opposite the residence. Free Wi-Fi in the Hors-sac room!
