Spacious apartment in the up and coming Pantin only 5 mn walk from Paris. You have access to a cosy queen sized bed, comfortable sofa bed, two balconies to take in the sun, flat screen TV with Amazon Prime , wifi, a fully functional kitchen and washer.
Very cosy space fully renovated in 2020 with all you need for your home away from home.
One bedroom with a queen sized bed and it’s own balcony.
Spacious living room with a TV and access to the balcony. The pull out couch becomes a second sleeping area for two people. A fully functional open kitchen completes the living space.
One shower with washing machine.
A separate WC.
Two balconies to get some air.
Central heating in the winter that warms up the apartment quickly.
In the summer you have a fan - there is no AC!
Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
