## The space This spacious apartment offers an ideal setting for your stay. The cozy and welcoming living room is equipped with a TV and a large convertible sofa, as well as a loggia with a dining table for your meals. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking hobs, and a dishwasher. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine is available for your use. There is a separate WC. The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (140 x 190 cm), two of which also have a dressing area for added comfort. The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, broom, and ironing essentials. The windows are fitted with manual shutters. There is outdoor parking available, subject to availability. Linen and Basic Products Upon arrival, you will find linens and basic products provided in the apartment. Regarding linens: The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. 1 shower towel per person, per stay (if you need more, please bring your own). 1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat. Regarding basic products: 3 toilet rolls 1 shower gel 1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge Coffee capsules & tea bags are provided for your arrival. A few cleaning products. NOTE: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels.
