Property information

Furnished apartment equipped for 2/4 people, with sea view terrace and private parking. Rated 3 stars. Residence Capitole near Beach and Shops. Beautiful apartment completely renovated with taste, located on the 2nd floor with elevator. Entrance with corridor leading to a separate bedroom with double bed and cupboards, a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Main room with convertible sofa for 2 people, TV corner, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge/freezer) access to terrace. + washing machine and air conditioning. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over. WIFI BOX rental extra. You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival. (no check or cash). The tourist tax is not included in the rental price, it must be paid before your arrival. Not suitable for PRMs. The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency in Narbonne Plage between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in July/August.
