Charming duplex (mezzanine bedroom) of 452 square feet with sea view on the 3rd and last floor with parking space in front of the residence. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine. The apartment is only 30 meters from the beach. Come and discover Cabourg and its surroundings.

The sea is only about 30 meters from the residence... The Avenue de la mer (The street of Cabourg with its dozens of shops is about ten minutes walk, as well as the Casino de Cabourg and the tourist office). On the other side, by crossing the bridge, you will land on the town of Dives sur Mer and its many shops (MacDo, Géant, Intermarché, Gifi, Picard, Lidl, Action ...) about 5 minutes drive from the residence. For lovers of relaxation, Cabourg also has a large thalassotherapy centre "Thalazur" offering Sauna, Hammam, swimming pool and massages. For sports enthusiasts, tennis courts, a riding school and a go-karting circuit are also available in Cabourg. Without forgetting a vintage arcade video game room. Cabourg being a very popular city in the summer, parking is very difficult. Fortunately, the accommodation has a parking space with Stop Car. The immediate proximity of the sea means that the street is saturated from morning to evening by vehicles.
