The 32 m² "Au Refuge d'Hirka" apartment (plus 5 m² balcony) offers complete comfort in a fully renovated and equipped 3-star tourist residence. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Val Cenis Termignon, you can enjoy ski-in, ski-out access. The entrance is step-free. The apartment is right next to the shops and services in the center of Termignon, including the tourist office, ski school, restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, bakery, cheese shops, and mini-market. The nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk or drive away. The living room features a sofa and large-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, electric grill, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has a shower and sink. There are 6 beds: one double bedroom, a mountain alcove with bunk beds (separated from the living area by a door), and a convertible sofa in the living room. A baby bed, booster seat, and board games are available. You also have a private ski locker on the same level as the apartment. The balcony provides a private outdoor space. Free parking is next to the accommodation. Public transport is within walking distance. Towels and bed linen are not provided. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
