Located on the first floor of a recent, luxury residence at the entrance to the Cité Gastronomique (Gastronomic City) and just steps from the train station and public transport, it will be perfect for your stay. The landscaped green spaces surrounding the residence and the green corridor for strolling will make you forget you're in the city. With its two large bedrooms, its beautiful and large furnished terrace, its 70m² garden, its proximity to the train station, the city center, Dijon's iconic landmarks, including its religious buildings, museums, and wine route, and its private and secure underground parking are real assets. The iconic Dijon owl welcomes you upon arrival in the residence's lobby. In this modern, cozy, and quiet apartment, you'll find: • A beautiful kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Coffee and tea are provided. • Two beautiful, large, bright bedrooms with wardrobes and access to the terrace. They are equipped with very comfortable double beds. These two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. A crib is also available upon request. • A bathroom with a bathtub to fully enjoy this quiet and cozy space. A hairdryer and towels are provided. • A separate toilet • Beautiful living room with a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi • A beautiful terrace with a seating area (sofa + 2 armchairs) for dining, enjoying a drink, and relaxing. • A washing machine with detergent provided, a clothes horse, an iron, and an ironing board are also available. The residence is easily accessible by car, on foot from the train station and the historic city center and well served by public transport.
