The secluded property offers three luxury bed & breakfast rooms in a beautifully restored 18th century country farmhouse and an independent large cottage. The house and cottage are set in 1 hectare of landscaped grounds with south facing terraces and a swimming pool which benefit from panoramic views over the undulating Gers countryside. Bel-Endroit is within walking/cycling distance from Marciac and less than an hour from Pau and Lourdes and is a superb base from which to experience the best Gascony and South West France have to offer, while further afield Biarritz, Bordeaux, Toulouse, the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees ski slopes and Northern Spain are all within a couple of hours’ drive.

We have a good understanding of French culture and French life. We have travelled extensively around the world and we have a good appreciation of what makes good hospitality. We have a good knowledge of our county (The Gers) and what it has to offers visitors.

St Justin is a small hamlet of about 160 inhabitants, it is a short 2.5 miles drive to our nearest town of Marciac with it many cafes, bars and restaurants and of course the world renowned Jazz in Marciac festival. Within a short distance from St Justin we have access to a lake, country walks, a golf course, the vineyards of Saint Monts and Madiran and many excellent restaurants.
