Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful, comfortable and recently refurbished Gite nestled within 32 hectares of tranquil private grounds alongside our wonderful historic small castle dating back to before the 14th century. Take a walk through our fields and woodland and wander down to the river Louyre. Pick some fruit from our orchard, enjoy our picnic area and then relax by the pool with peaceful panoramic views across our grounds and beyond. The Liorac Forest (nature reserve) is a small walk from us with excellent hiking, mountain bike and even equestrian trails and there are many more trails surrounding us and the local area. At the end of the day relax into the night taking in the amazing unobstructed night sky views across the whole valley.

Liorac sur Louyre is a beautiful small village steeped in history just 12km outside Bergerac. It offers its own restaurant and bar and post office all within walking distance. The local area of Creysse is just 9 km away offering lots of amenities including an Intermarché HYPER. The historic town of Bergerac sits alongside the Dordogne river and is just a 15 mins drive away. Enjoy its lively atmosphere with shopping and numerous things to do and see. Enjoy lunch or an evening meal in many of Bergerac's superb restaurants. Bergerac offers something for everyone and you will find lots of activities available (some seasonal) including, lake swimming with sandy beaches, various water activities including boat trips, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Alternatively there is karting, bowling, lazer tag, soft play, cycling, hiking, equestrian and more. Take in the various tours and activities offered by many Castles and Chateaus, embark on a bit of wine tasting at one of the many Vineyards and take a step back in time visiting the numerous bastide towns and their markets. Why not take a trip to the Aquarium du Périgord Noir, or hop on the train at Bergerac to the beautiful town of Sarlat or the city of Bordeaux.
