The house is located in Plaine-Haute, a small town 15 minutes from Saint Brieuc, directly accessible by TGV. The authentic Breton house of about 100 m² offers you on the 1st floor a corridor leading to a large bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Next to it is a small room with 2 single beds and a small simple bathroom with a toilet. The rooms are equipped with shutters and windows with double glazing. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen as well as a spacious conservatory, which gives a direct view to the large garden of almost 5,000 m². From there you can watch the sunset, depending on the season. The garden is completely fenced and is therefore perfect for sports activities such as football and badminton. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor, as well as a large bathroom and a separate toilet.
