It is a warm typically Parisian apartment. We live there with an open mind, open on Paris and the world. We want to offer you to live in half of our appartment where you can enjoy a real space of intimacy. You will have available a beautiful living room: bookcase, eating space, two place bed, dressing. You will share with us the bathroom and kitchen. We live in the second part of the apartment where we have our own living room and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook : microwave, electric plate, fridge. The Bathroom is very cosy with a shower and a bath ( and a washing machine). From the airports Roissy-Charles de Gaulle or Orly, you will only need to take the RER B to the Saint-Michel station (at the foot of Notre Dame). The Hotel Dieu exit is situated 10 min from the apartment. For the rest of your stay, you will have the 1, 4, 7 and 10 subway ligns close. As well as RER B, C and D.

Jérémy and Matthieu have been dating for 5 years. Jérémy has lived abroad a lot ( Latin America, Middle East and 5 years in New York), it has been 10 years since he came back in Paris where he truly feels at home. He works in marketing. Matthieu in graphic design. We like laid back and smiling people, we like welcoming travelers from all around the world and share our house that we love. We are welcoming and calm, very laid back, we like when travelers feel at home. It is with great pleasure that we will welcome you and we will point out the pleasant places and things to do in Paris. You will have touristic guides, magazine and books representing what we like. Or tell us what you like or what you want to do, and we will guide you.

In the heart of Paris, you will enjoy the calm and the romantic setting while being close to various lively areas like le Marais, Saint-Germain, Quartier Latin, Bastille, Beaubourg to: - go shopping - go on walks - bars and restaurants - famous museums Ile saint louis is an area classified as a UNESCO heritage site. The main road of the island has a lot of small shops, ideal to prepare a good meal: bakery, grocery store, butcher, cheese shop, wine... What we like is the calm and charm of the island, while being close to very lively places. We rarely take the metro because we can go fast into our favorite areas. When we come back home, it is always a pleasure to enjoy the panorama that the Seine offers, we never get tired of it!
