This modern 19 m² studio, well laid out, is located on rue Bouquière, in the heart of Bordeaux. • Double wall bed (140 cm): folds vertically against the wall when not in use. It is a true comfortable bed (not a sofa bed), easy to lift during the day to free up space. The mattress has been recently replaced with bamboo memory foam, designed to regulate temperature and improve sleep quality. • Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. • Private bathroom: shower, toiletries, towels, and bed linen provided. • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the studio. 📍 Located on the 2nd floor without elevator. 🔑 Keys are available in a secure locker, about 5 minutes on foot from the studio. Year-round comfort equipment: – Summer: 2 fans to cool the air – Winter: radiator and towel heater 💧 Tap water is drinkable. The water heater is a small tank, allowing about 2 consecutive showers. Please use it considerately for everyone’s comfort. Extra storage and accessories: • Extra pillows in the cupboard above the hood • Top-right kitchen cupboard available for your belongings • Extra blanket in the basket behind the mirror Whether you are visiting Bordeaux for a weekend, a business trip, or a longer stay, Bouquière Studio offers a practical, central, and comfortable space to fully enjoy the city.
