## The space Bright 2 bedroom apartment located in the brand new residence built in 2019 with a top location and an amazing terrasse looking over the residence's pool where you will be able to access throughout your stay ! ## The neighborhood The apartment is located on the Boulevard Reibaud in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes. In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. For instance, you will be able to go to the baker and butcher around the corner. Shops, beaches and train station in walking distance of a few minutes ! This location is ideal because close to the old Antibes between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost. ## Getting around The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment (700 meters away).

- Upon check out, dishes must be made and trashes evacuated

The cleaning for the end of your stay in included in your reservation. However, you will have to do the dishes and evacuate the trashes before checking out.

If you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning or some new linens during your stay, please contact the agency to see the price for this additional service.

Upon check in, you will have one set of bed linen per bed for the number of guests noted on the reservation and one towel per person.

Beach towel / Pool towel are not included.

We do not provide coffee / tea, soap / shampoo, cleaning products, nor dish soap.

You will however find one bathroom rug per bedroom, a kitchen cloth, one toilet paper roll upon arrival, a sponge for dishes.

A deposit will be requested a few days before arrival through a secured link of payment Swikly. It is a mandatory procedure before checking in. This amount will neither be withdrawn nor frozen, it is a simple pre-approval on your credit card in case of damages or missing items notified upon check out.
