Welcome to this 63m² family apartment on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) in a quiet, secure residence. At your disposal 2 bedrooms with their dressing rooms (sheets provided): *one with a queen-size bed 160cm *a second with 2 beds 90x 200 with 2 small comforter covers but also convertible on request into a 180x200 bed with a 180 fitted sheet and a large comforter cover. In the living room, a sofa bed with real box spring and thick mattress 140x190 (sheets provided) as well as a 55' smart TV with NETFLIX and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style meal preparation: -fridge/freezer -oven -hood -induction hob -dishwasher -microwave -Nespresso capsule maker -filter coffee maker -bread toaster -kettle -tea towels -kitchen utensils: oil/vinaigrette/salt and pepper/aromats -cleaning accessories and products -vacuum cleaner -fan The bathroom includes a bathtub with accessories for your comfort (hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo...), 1 bath sheet per person and washing machine. ...All that's left to do is to welcome you to Browny Home... For your enjoyment in the Residence, there are barbecues in the grounds, bike storage and a private indoor parking space in the basement (only for city cars, not commercial vehicles). Check-in is by appointment only, between 3pm and 6pm, and check-out by 10am. Bonneville offers shops, restaurants and a recent cinema within a 5-10 min walk, as well as hypermarkets, petrol stations... Ideally located in the heart of the region, close to major roads. The apartment is in a quiet residence surrounded by its green park with benches for you to relax as well as very close to supermarkets, hypercenter and main roads: *The Route Blanche is 500m away, linking all the towns in the Vallée de Sallanches to La Roche Sur Foron.) * The freeway is 3 km away with exit 17 of the A40 freeway (47 min from CHAMONIX, 40 min from GENEVA and 45 min from ANNECY).
