Petite maison silencieuse et sécurisée de 25 m2 entièrement équipée, très fonctionnelle avec sa terrasse ombragée par un figuier.
L'habitation de plein pied se situe dans un quartier calme.

Le quartier a beaucoup de charme et les ballades y sont agréables. Il est situé près du centre ville (5min à pieds) mais assez loin pour y trouver le repos, la paisibilité et la tranquillité.
La gare de Mont de Marsan est à 3 km.
Egalement, une base de loisirs se trouve à 5 min en voiture (lac de baignade, lac pour la pratique de la pêche, aire de jeux, terrain de volley, restaurant-bistrot au bord du lac de baignade, aires de pique-nique, sentiers pédestres et cyclables, parcours de santé autour des lacs, parcours accrobranche, tyrolienne...).
