This flat is located in one of the most famous buildings of the architect Fernand Pouillon, classified as a historical monument. Tastefully renovated in 2021, it is a sought-after place to discover Marseille. Composition of the flat: The flat consists of 2 rooms connected by a corridor with sea view. The entrance is in the kitchen with a table for lunch or dinner for two. The hallway across the whole width of the flat offers a magnificent sea view from where you can admire the boats entering the port or those at the quay. At the end of the corridor is the bedroom with a large bed and a large wardrobe. The plus point is the sea view from the bed. The access to the flat is a little surprising as you have to go downstairs when you enter the building, but the view will make you forget about it.
