We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Serralongue, this charming 4* villa of a surface of 84 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m², bordering the forest. Wifi, come and enjoy the invigorating air that your stay will offer you, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, sofas and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine. - Bedroom 1 (10 m²): two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed (180 x 190). - Bedroom 2 (10m²): one single bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed (double). - Separate toilet. On the first floor : - Air-conditioned bedroom 3 (20 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk. - A bathroom with large shower and bathtub. - A separate toilet. Exterior : - A beautiful private garden of about 250 m², south facing, planted and trimmed, enclosed on the street side and open on the forest side. - A terrace of 18 m² facing South, tiled and shaded with furniture to enjoy the nice days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels optional on request from our local service provider. Payment on site. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
