The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Pietrosella, this air-conditioned house with sea view, 300 m from the beach, with an area of 98 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m 2, an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room of 35 m2 with TV, sofa bed and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Room 1: one queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2 : a king-size bed (180x200) with sea view - Room 3: two single beds - Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha. Exterior: - A terrace of 15 m2 extending the kitchen, facing south/ east - A terrace of 22 m2 upstairs with sea view, facing south/ west The two terraces have a sea view and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks: - Free Wi-Fi available (optical fiber) - Pets accepted free of charge.
