Cap One is a one-bedroom apartment located on Place de la Bravade, in the heart of the Cap Esterel holiday village. It offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding nature, and the resort's swimming pools. Cap One was completely renovated in October 2024 to be practical and elegant and can accommodate up to four people thanks to its separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Cap One has a private parking space in the residence's underground car park. Your stay will give you free access to all the activities at the Cap Esterel complex: swimming pools (pool passes will be given to you at check-in), children's activities, restaurants, shops, circus, entertainment, mini train to the beach, and more. Cap One has all the facilities you need for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and free private Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented from our concierge (at least 72 hours before your arrival). End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. Cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment. A deposit of 70 will be required if you wish to clean the apartment yourself. It will be refunded at check-out if the apartment is left in good condition. You can also request that we clean the apartment for a fee of 50, payable to our concierge.

Damien & Valéry are in love with the region and more specifically with Cap Esterel, where they had been going on vacation every year for 12 years before buying an apartment there.
