In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - A deposit of 150 is required against damage or leaving the gîte in an unacceptable state on departure. This is refundable on departure provided all is well. - A basket of firewood is provided free of charge. Thereafter there is a charge of 15 per wheelbarrow load. - A taxe de sejour is levied of 1,10 per adult per night to be paid on arrival if it has not previously been included in the charges. - There are covered free parking facilities available at the property. - A charger for electric cars and bicycles is available on request. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property. - There is an optional 50 cleaning fee payable on arrival if you do not wish to leave the property cleaned and
