Ce splendide appartement, peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec deux chambres doubles en plein quartier piétonnier et historique de la ville. Climatisation dans le séjour et les chambres. Les chambres disposent d'un lit 160x190 chacune avec dressing. Climatisation. L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Senseo, d'un lave vaisselle, bouilloire, toaster, micro ondes etc. La salle de bains est équipée d’une douche à l'italienne et les toilettes sont indépendants. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine. Vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des bars et restaurants après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne. ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour. Le lac est à 2 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac). Vous bénéficiez de 30% de remise sur le montant total de votre addition dans quatre restaurants de la ville partenaires, ainsi que de remises chez les loueurs (vélo, bateau, parapente..) ## The neighborhood l'appartement est situé au 4 rue Saint Maurice, en plein coeur de la veille ville, face à l'hôtel de ville et aux jardins de l'Europe : le lac est à 2minutes à pieds et les commerces et monuments se trouvent tout près, tout est accessible à pieds ## Getting around Proche de toute les commodités, pas besoin de voiture, déplacez vous à pieds tout simplement : l'emplacement est exceptionnel, le parking à 50 mètres, la gare est à dix minutes à pieds. Pour votre stationnement, le premier parking souterrain de l’Hôtel de Ville est à 50 mètres. Des places extérieures sont disponibles dans le quartier avec un peu de patience et quelques euros par jour. Sinon nous vous conseillons de laisser votre voiture dans la zone de Vovray sortie Autoroute sud Annecy (stationnement gratuit illimité). Puis prendre le bus 7 ou 4 pour vous emmener en 3-4 arrêts à la gare (8-10 minutes de marche de l’appartement)
