Spacious apartment of 60m2 located on the ground floor of our village house. Ideal for 4 travelers Housing: - 1 cozy bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). - 1 large living area with a corner "night" and its double bed (140 x 190 cm) separated by curtains of the living space which includes a sofa, TV, wifi, console wii, games and books. A folding bed is available, ideal for a child. - 1 kitchen equipped to make good little dishes: senseo, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher .. all the necessary kitchen and dishes for 6 people. - 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet The exteriors: - A terrace adjoining the living room with garden furniture. - A garden of 17 acres with swing, games for children, sunbathing to relax, petanque. In the shade of the trees, a picnic table and a gas barbecue. - Private parking in the yard for a car.

Ideally located to discover our beautiful region. This accommodation is located at a strategic point to discover our Alsatian vineyard with its many typical villages (30 to 40 minutes) and the Vosges mountains and its many activities. Many activities await you and there is something for everyone:   - a multitude of hiking trails for small and large walkers (departures in the street)   - bike with the bike path that goes on the street - skiing : the Markstein and La Bresse stations at 30min - In the water : Kruth lake and its park at 10 minutes and the municipal swimming pool at 2 minutes - in the air, departure of paragliding flight to Treh (20 minutes) - lovers of beautiful villages, you can discover the small villages of the vineyard: Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Colmar (and its famous Christmas market) and why not taste its excellent wine! - Visit our beautiful Wesserling Park is 5 minutes by car. - You can play a game of petanque while your children have fun playing games
