Completely renovated, this top-floor flat features a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room, three bedrooms with double beds and private shower rooms, and a separate toilet. Enjoy the large, bright living room to relax or share a convivial lunch or dinner. You will find an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: kitchen worktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine! In the separate bedrooms, you will find double beds (140x200) with bed linen for a comfortable night's sleep and a private bathroom. A real luxury for everyone! Enjoy an incredible view over the rooftops of Rouen as the flat is on the top floor of the residence! Please note that access is via stairs. Baby equipment (travel cot, changing table and baby bath) can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the city's current rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be contacted 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
