The kitchen is fully equipped (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, beer pump, waffle iron, food processor) An independent shower room and toilets are located on the ground floor. On the first floor : Bedroom 1: 160* 200 bed with television. Terrace facing the sea. Bedroom 2: 160* 200 bed with television. A bathroom with independent bathtub and toilet. On the top floor : Bedroom 3: 160* 200 bed with television and private terrace, outdoor shower. The villa has WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Hair dryer available. Attention : Stairs are necessary to access the rooms. No room on the garden level. Outside there is a heated whirlpool 2.80m*1.80m ## Guest access Travelers will have full and private access to the entire villa.The estate is private with caretaker.
