The gîte is situated in an authentic village from Bordeaux region, surronded by wineyards. It is situated on the right bank of the Gironde Estuary. The commodities are available in the next village at 2km. The main shopping centre is at 5km. The gîte is situated at 5km from Blaye and the Vauban Citadelle which is under the UNESCO world heritage.
Bordeaux is at 55km and Saint Emilion at 50km.
Pauillac and Margaux and Medoc villages are on the other side of the estuary. There is a ferry link to reach our gîte. Outside the ferry timetable, from the Médoc it is necessary to do the complete tour passing through Bordeaux rocade to reach our gîte.
