In the heart of the medieval village of Dambach-la-Ville, a renowned wine-growing town on the Alsace Wine Route, the Chai d’Œuvre opens its doors in a fully restored characterful Alsatian house. Originally a family winery transformed into a guesthouse, the Chai d’Œuvre has preserved all the authenticity of its history while offering modern comfort. Here, exposed beams, ancient stones, and contemporary touches blend harmoniously to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. We have several bright rooms and suites, carefully decorated, each named after family members, in homage to the roots of the place.
