It is located 1,100 metres from the village centre and 1,900 metres from the ski lifts. South-facing, it features balconies, a south-west-facing terrace, and a small lawn area. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds and three bedrooms with twin beds. Sanitary facilities are distributed as follows: one WC in the basement, one bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor with separate WC, and another bathroom with bath and shower on the upper floor, also with separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with five gas hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a small freezer.
